Sarah V. Sannino peacefully entered into eternal rest at her home on Friday, January 11, 2019 at the age of 84. She is survived by her loving companion of over 50 years, Gerald Clade. Daughter of the late Louis Sannino and Sarah Giardina Sannino. Sister of the late Theresa Delpit, Margaret Sauvinet, Jeannette Revon, Mackie Sannino and Mary Cordes. Also survived and fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and friends. Sarah was born on September 2, 1934 in New Orleans, LA, and was a longtime resident of St. Bernard Parish. In 2000, she retired from the New Orleans Sewerage and Water Board after many years of dedicated service. She will be forever remembered and deeply missed by her family, friends and all of those whose lives she touched. Special thanks to all the loving caregivers who helped take care of Aunt Sarah and Uncle Jerry these last few months. Relatives and friends attended a visitation and funeral mass held at St. Bernard Memorial Funeral Home, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA on Thursday, January 17, 2019.
