Glenda Martinez Kieff passed away on Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at the age of 76. She was the wife of the late Joseph R. Kieff. Loving mother of Penny K. Steele (the late Jason), Holly K. Bradley (Clarence III), the late Bridget K. Richards (the late Stephen) and the late Baby Joe. She was the loving grandmother of nine grandchildren and three greatgrandchildren. Glenda was preceded in death by her parents, Jose Martinez and Lillian N. Bowden, and by her brothers, Emmett R. Nunez and Henry Martinez. Relatives and friends attended a visitation held at St. Bernard Memorial Funeral Home, 701 W. Virtue St. in Chalmette, LA on Tuesday, March 19, 2019, following a mass in Glenda’s honor at St. Bernard Catholic Church, 3805 Bayou Road. She was laid to rest in St. Bernard Catholic Cemetery.
