Norvan James “Chuckie” Guerra, of Hammond, LA, passed away on Sunday, May 5, 2019, at Landmark Nursing Center of Hammond at the age of 74. He was born on Thursday, June 22, 1944, in New Orleans, Louisiana. Norvan is survived by his wife, Jean P. Guerra; son, Scott Guerra; grandchildren, Ethan, Hannah and Elijah; sister, Dianne Glaser, sister, Nancy Martinez, brother, Denny Guerra. He was preceded in death by parents, Ruffino Guerra and Bertha Campo Guerra, son, Kelly Guerra, brother, Alfred Guerra, brother, Ruffino Guerra, Jr..
