Howard Andrew Blalock was advanced to glory on Wednesday, November 13, 2019, at age 76. He was born on November 27, 1942, in Chalmette LA. He is survived by his loving wife, Mercy Dee; five children: Lisa, Pennie, Willie, Marie, and Chris (Roslyn). Twelve grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one cousin; John Combel (family), one nephew Joshua; and a host of nieces, nephews, godchildren, in-laws and friends. “Paw-Paw” was preceded in death by his brother, Wallace Boudreaux.
