Chris Robert Koch passed away on January 15, 2020 at the age of 55. He was born on August 4, 1964 in New Orleans, LA; was a longtime resident of Arabi, LA; and a current resident of Covington, LA. Chris is survived by his two sons, Michael Alan Hoffmann-Koch and Patrick Robert Koch; his former wife Erika Patricia Hoffmann; his parents, Ernest “Buddy” Koch and Yvonne Brandt Koch; his siblings, Kathleen (Joe) Guillotte, Carolyn (the late Michael Silcio) Silcio, Geraldine (Jimmy) Shephard and Ricky (Susan Dendinger) Koch; as well as many nieces and nephews. Chris was a graduate of Holy Cross High School, class of 1982. Relatives and friends attended a Visitation and Memorial Mass on Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at St. Anselm Catholic Church in Madisonville, LA. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Heart Association.
