Amanda L. McGuire passed away on Saturday, July 25, 2020 in New Orleans, LA, at the age of 41. She leaves to cherish her memory, her mother Pamela McGuire; father Ronald Thrash; children Aaron Alden, Soraya Curry, Micheal McGuire, and Paris McGuire; brothers Ronald McGuire and Frankie McGuire; step-sisters, Olivia, Mariah, and Bitty Thrash; grandchild, Leh’lani Amira Curry; godchildren Seth McGuire and Dejaeh Mitchell; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends. Amanda is preceded in death by her grandparents, Mary and Frank McGuire, and Beverly and Ray Thrash. A visitation and funeral service honoring the life of Amanda McGuire was held on Saturday, August 15, 2020 at Celebration Church St. Bernard, 9th Ward Campus, 7500 West Judge Perez Dr., Arabi, LA.
