Mary Frances Vincellette of Slidell, LA; passed away to be with our Lord, on March 8, 2021 at the age of 83. Mary was born on October 21, 1937 to the late John and Earl Frances Doty. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Eugene Arthur Vincellette and her brother Charles Doty. Her parents moved their family from Plain Dealing, LA, to Chalmette, LA. She was a graduate of Chalmette High School. Mary’s professional life consisted of working as a pre-school teacher at Chalmette Baptist Church, the Michoud Assembly Facility Daycare and for the St. Bernard Parish School System. She settled in Slidell, Louisiana after hurricane Katrina, where she continued working with children at Charlottes’ Web Daycare for a few years before retiring. Mary is survived by her two brothers, Forest Doty and J. T. Doty, Jr. and her sister Susan Stewart. She also leaves behind three children, Sandra, Debra and Michael; five bright grandchildren, Cullen, Lynell, Anthony, Rachel and Whitney; and nine precious great-grandchildren, Kaden, Drake, Avery, Hadley, Lisett, Abel, Lucien, Aryen and Octavia.
