Faith “Fay” S. Adragna Clouatre of Arabi, LA, passed away on Tuesday, March 16, 2021 in Vidor, TX; at the age of 78. Fay was born and raised in New Orleans, LA, and was a longtime resident of St. Bernard Parish. She was a member of Christ Lutheran Church in Chalmette, LA and was employed by the Archdiocese of New Orleans as a baker for St. Mark’s Catholic Church. Fay loved her soap operas, sewing, cooking and baking. Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Fay is survived by her loving husband of 54 years Carlos Clouatre of Arabi, LA, daughters Jodi LaFrance Rome (Roland), Shelli La-France Gifford (Walter), Garilyn Walker Bailey (Brett),and Karen Clouatre Mclin (James), sisters Jacqueline Aromy, Jean Reilly, Marlene Koschmann, Olga Cocchiara, brother William Joseph Adragna Jr., eight grandchildren Malynda Rome, Macy Rome, Nicholas Moore, Matthew Moore, Anthony Mclin, Andrew Mclin, Alexandria Bailey, Cole Bailey, two great-grandchildren Layla Fernandez & Finn Pilipovich. Preceded in death by her parents, William J. Adragna and Amy Treitler Adragna. A visitation will begin at 1 p.m. and the memorial service will begin at 3 p.m. on Sunday, March 28, 2021 at Open Arms Church, 1340 8th St., Slidell, LA, 70458, with a reception to follow.
