Patsy “Pat” B. Marziale left this Earth on the morning of Thursday, February 10, 2022, at Ochsner Hospital in Jefferson, LA, at the age of 90. She was born in Florence, MS and resided in Chalmette, LA for over 50 years. Pat’s proudest joy in life was her granddaughter Sara, both shared a passion for dogs. She loved going to the casinos to play the slots, spending time with family, and gardening around her home. Pat religiously set up her booth at the Flea Market in the French Quarter, located in New Orleans, LA for 22 years, until 2005 when Hurricane Katrina struck. Then she relocated to Luling, LA where she resided for the past 16 years, and was a parishioner at the First Baptist Church of Luling. Her collection of porcelain dolls is a memory that will always stick out to anyone who visited her home. But nothing could compare to the passion and love she had for her daughter and granddaughter. Loving mother of Linda Coulon, and grandmother of Sara Horn and her fiancé, Dexter. Pat is preceded in death by her parents Erma Beard and Pleasant Bernard Berry; her son Melvin “Bert” Bertney Coulon Jr.; and her three sisters Bonnie B. Rogers, Bobbye Sue Lewis, and Margaret Ann Stewart. Also, she was survived by and preceded in death by nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends of the family were invited to attend her funeral services at Serenity Funeral Home in Covington, LA, on Wednesday, February 16, 2022.
