Diane Theresa Lyons Blache passed away peacefully at her home on Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at the age of 77. She was the beloved wife of Eric Michael Blache, Sr., for 58 years. Loving mother of Eric Blache Jr. (Sharon), Terri B. Conrad (Jeffrey) and Tina B. Salande (Felix). Daughter of the late Inez Angelo Lyons and Percy Edward Lyons Sr. Sister of Richie, Pearcy Jr., Harold, Barry and Waldorn. Proud grandmother of seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Also survived by nieces, nephews and friends. Diane was born on November 1, 1939 in New Orleans, LA and was a longtime resident of St. Bernard Parish. She will be forever remembered and deeply missed by her family and friends. Relatives and friends attended a visitation to be held at St. Bernard Memorial Funeral Home, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA on Monday, May 22, 2017. A family service was also held afterward. She was laid to rest in St. Bernard Memorial Gardens.
