Son of the late Allie Oneal Bush and Jesse Arnold Bush. Brother of Debbie Schiro (Patrick), Terry Bush, Sherry Bush, Melissa Wallgren (Tommy), and Ronald Bush. Born in Laurel, MS, Richard was a longtime resident of St. Bernard Parish. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the memorial visitation and service at First Baptist Church of Chalmette, 305 E. St. Bernard Highway, Chalmette on Saturday, December 9, 2017.
