Ollie Teresa Rolland entered her eternal home on Thursday, December 21, 2017 at the grand age of 97. Ollie was the loving wife of the late Louis H. Barnes, Sr. She was the mother of Jewelyn Barnes Guidry (John), Monica Barnes Dubreuil (Jeffrey) and the late Louis H. Barnes, Jr. and Stella Mae Barnes Robino. Grandmother of Donna B. Gordon (Demarcus), Denise B. Cocchiara (P. J.), Melinda R. Pfeffer (Eddie), Lori R. Serpas (Donald), Michelle M Demots and Mandi D. Deano (Jeff.) Ollie was also blessed with 17 great-grandchildren and 17 great-great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation to be held at St. Bernard Memorial Funeral Home, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA on Saturday, December 30, 2017 from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m., with a mass to follow at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow in St. Bernard Memorial Gardens.
