Allen D. Diaz of Perkinston died December 22, 2017 in Hattiesburg, MS, at the age of 75. He was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help and a member of Knight of Columbus. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Pauline Diaz; three brothers, Alvin Diaz, Herbert Diaz and Donald Diaz and one sister, Deloris Diaz. He is survived by his wife, Ann Diaz of Perkinston; his children, James Diaz (Wendy) of Purvis, Dawn Peterson (Daniel) of Louisiana, Regina Bounds of Perkinston, Angela Bond (Bro. Billy Ray) of Perkinston, Bro. Ben Whatley (Misty) of Perkinston and Abi Hendry (Jason) of Perkinston; 16 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. A service was held on Friday, December 29, 2017 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church with burial in St. Bernard Catholic Church Cemetery. A visitation was also held at Moore Funeral Service in Wiggins.
