Peggy Landry H. Sherlock, a homemaker, died on Monday, February 5, 2018 at Ochsner Hospital at the age of 61. Peggy was born and raised in Chalmette but recently resided in Destrehan, LA. She was an active member of the Covenant Church in Destrehan. She is preceded in death by two husbands, Wilbur Hamilton and Gary Sherlock, her parents Evarist W. Landry Jr. and Shirley Bourgeois Landry, paternal grandparents William Evarist Landry and Loretta Dietrich Landry, maternal grandparents Dennis Joseph Bourgeois and Ocienie Lambert Bourgeois. Survived by four siblings, Diane L. Broderson and husband Ross, Catherine L. Holmes and husband Rickey, Evarist W. Landry III and wife Kathy, and Dennis J. Landry and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. The relatives and friends of the family attended services at H.C. Alexander Funeral Home, 821 Fourth St. Norco, LA, on Friday, February 9, 2018. Burial followed at Jefferson Memorial Gardens in Saint Rose, LA. After services there was a gathering with refreshments at the home of Diane and Ross Broderson.
