Ida Mae Wright was born on July 16, 1932 and passed away on Monday, December 17, 2018 at the age of 86. Wife of the late Willie Wright. Daughter of the late Viney B. Peterson and Isiah Peterson. Mother of Cynthia Synder, Michelle Weston, Meriam, Kevin, Darlene and Dorothy Wright. Sister of Meriam P. Richardson, Celestan Peterson and the late Dorothy Robinson, Earlene Parlson, Octavia William, Celestine, Audrey, Joseph, James, Sterling and Isaiah Peterson, Jr. Godmother of Viney Wanda R. Pier and Joycelyn Thompson (Baby). Also survived by 13 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also Pastor, Officers, Members, Employees and Staff of Greater Liberty B.C., Greater Mt. Oliver B.C., First B.C., Third M.B.C. of St. Bernard Parish, Walmart, St. Bernard Parish Court House, St. Bernard Parish Government Complex and Winn Dixie attended the visitation and funeral services on Saturday, December 22, 2018 at Gertrude Geddes Willis Funeral Home, 2120 Jackson Ave., New Orleans.
