Susan Isabel Molero Deffes passed away on Thursday, October 6, 2016 at the age of 62. She was the beloved wife of Frank B. Deffes for 36 years. Loving mother of Jody B. Deffes (Denise). Daughter of the late Victor Molero Jr. and Rita Mabel Molero. Sister of Victor J. Molero. Proud grandmother of Allison Isabel Deffes. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. Susan was born on February 3, 1954 in New Orleans, LA and was a lifelong resident of St. Bernard Parish. She has worked for over 20 years in the St. Bernard Parish School System and has served as principal for St. Bernard Middle School since 2007. Susan will be forever remembered and deeply missed by her family and friends. Private funeral services were held at St. Bernard Memorial Funeral Home.
