Rhonda Owen Tillman, 54 passed away Friday, January 28, 2022 from a lengthy illness at the age of 54. Born January 9, 1968 she was the daughter of the late Phyllis Gioe and the late Edward Owen. She is survived by her loving husband of 20 years, Marshall Tillman; Stepfather: Gasper Gioe; children: Brittany Brightman, Aaron Campo, and Claudia Carlson; and five grandchildren whom she adored: Kaleb, Brooklyn, Kaylinn, Kenadie and Levi. Tough and stubborn, she fought as long as she could before she was called home. A balloon release will be held at 12:30 p.m. at Sidney D. Torres Memorial Park on Patricia St., in Chalmette followed by a memorial gathering held at 1 p.m. at Rocky and Carlo's, 613 W. St. Bernard Hwy, Chalmette. In lieu of flowers, Rhonda's family asks that you donate to a charity of your choice in her name. Professional services handled by Church's Funeral Service, Walker, LA.
