Barbara Ann Ceaser Sylvester Howard departed this life on January 23, 2022, at the age of 75. Barbara leaves to cherish her memory: her mother, Dorothy P. Lee; sister Betty Lewis; brothers Joseph Jr. (Tracey), Edward, Brian, Michael, Kenneth and Rodney Ceaser. In addition, she will also be cherished by her son:, Arthur Sylvester Jr.; Derrick (Dareen) Howard, daughter Darlene (Melvin) Lewis and a host of relatives. She was preceded in death by her father, Joseph Ceaser Sr., husbands Arthur Sylvester Sr. and Horace Howard; daughter Marva "Rosie" Ceaser; grandson Gilbert "Manny" Ceaser; stepfather Rev. Dr. Melvin J. Lee and brother Kevin Ceaser. Relatives and friends attended a visitation and funeral service on Saturday, February 5, 2022 at Third Missionary Baptist Church, 206 Armstrong Rd., St. Bernard, LA. Officiant: Rev.
