Barbara Chelette Baudot passed away peacefully on Friday, February 10, 2017 at the age of 70. She was a native of Chalmette. She was preceded in death by her father, Leon Chelette, and her husband, Jerry Baudot. She is survived by her mother, Imogene Buker Chelette, her daughters, Tami Keehn (Glenn), Christine Levee (Joshua), Melissa Ziegler (Jeffrey), and Dawn Encalade (Chad), and her brothers, Lloyd Chelette, James Chelette, and William Chelette, 11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She loved Jesus, selling Avon and never met a stranger. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held on Saturday, February 18, 2017, at Northlake First Assembly of God at 958 N. Lee Rd, Covington, LA 70433. Everyone is welcomed to attend.
