Frank “Frankie” Glorioso passed away peacefully on Monday, April 23, 2018 at the age of 53. His final days were spent surrounded by family and friends that he had touched in some way throughout his very memorable life. He was the beloved son of the late Gloria Delaney Glorioso and Joseph Glorioso Sr. Loving brother of Jimmie F. Glorioso (Dawn), Cynthia G. Mauterer (Duke), Debbiejoe G. Barras (Chuck), and the late Nicholas A. Glorioso, Joseph “Joey” A. Glorioso Jr. (Kay), Tony C. Glorioso (Gail) and Susan G. Manno (Brian). He is also survived and fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins and dear friends. Frankie truly enjoyed his life through simple pleasures, especially listening to Elvis and laughing with family and friends. His gentle smile could melt the hearts of those around him. He was our pillar of courage and strength, and a wonderful example of what it means to care for others. His passing is a reminder that each day is a blessing and an opportunity to create lasting memories. Although we will miss him every day, especially his winning smile and his dance performances to the sound of Elvis, he will forever remain in our hearts. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation to be held at St. Bernard Memorial Funeral Home, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA on Friday, April 27, 2018 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., followed by a funeral mass beginning at 1 p.m. He will be laid to rest in St. Bernard Memorial Gardens.
