Eugene “Genieboy” M. Dupre, Jr. peacefully entered into eternal rest on Sunday, May 20, 2018 at the age of 62. Father of Jennifer Dupre and Jonathan Dupre. Former husband of Judith Borne Dupre. Beloved son of Evelyn Gutierrez Gullo and the late Eugene M. Dupre, Sr. Step son of Norise Gullo. Grandson of the late Arthur and Agnes Gutierrez and the late Juanita Dupre. Beloved brother of Cheryl Dupre Rabee (Iyad), Darryl Dupre (Christine) and Melissa Dupre Pilgrim (Jason). Uncle of Robert Ballam, Ashley Ballam, Jeremy Anselmo, Elijah Dupre, Brett McSpadden, Eric Fontenelle and the late Brandon Fontenelle. “Genieboy” was born in New Orleans and was a resident of St. Bernard Parish. Family and friends attended the visitation at Mothe Funeral Home, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA on Wednesday, May 23, 2018. A Funeral Mass was also held at the funeral home.
