Georgina Marie Corley passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, June 3, 2018 at St. Bernard Parish Hospital in Chalmette at the age of 45. Georgina was born September 12, 1972, in New Orleans, Louisiana, to Eva Mae Corley and the late George Brown. Georgina was an incredibly hard-working person who excelled in all things that she put her mind to. In 1992 she began her proudest venture as a loving mother of 2 children, while also attending college and working full time. After graduating college, she went on to work as an accounting office manager for 20 years. She found great joy in reading novels, binge watching her favorite shows, and spending time with her family and friends. Georgina is survived by her two children, Brent and Marissa Klein; siblings, Tansy Corley and Sierra Lafuentes; mother, Eva Corley; and grandmother, Gisele Brown. She is also leaving behind numerous loving family and friends. A memorial gathering will be held in Georgina’s honor on Saturday, June 16, 2018, at St. Bernard Memorial Funeral Home, 701 W.
