Herbertine "Tina" Patcheco peacefully entered the gates of Heaven on June 19, 2018 while surrounded by her loving family at the age of 71. Tina was born December 6, 1946 in Buras, LA to the late Adam and Marie Jeanne “Mary” Patcheco. She was preceded in death by her brother Adam “Yockey” Patcheco Jr. (Patricia) and is survived by her sister Wanda Waguespack (Mike). Tina was married to the late Stanley Lang. Tina was the mother to 3 loving sons, Gilbert Sanchez Jr (Cherie), Michael “Chico” Patcheco (Deena), and David “DJ” Dennis Jr (Misty). She is survived by eleven grandchildren and two great grandchildren who she loved with all her heart. Tina loved the Lord and cherished going to mass on Sundays and volunteering at the O.L.P.S. Adoration Chapel each week. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and her main goal was to make sure she left them with fun and loving memories. She always enjoyed helping others, spending time with family and friends, laughing, and always wore a smile on her face. “To know her was to love her.” Tina leaves to cherish her loving memory her sister, children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends who will miss her greatly.
