Deborah Savage Roger passed away on Friday, June 22, 2018, at St. Tammany Parish Hospital in Covington, LA at the age of 66. Debbie fought a 9-year courageous battle with cancer. She was born on Thursday, January 17, 1952 in New Orleans, LA to Clifton A. Savage, Sr. and Shirley Jacob Savage. She leaves behind her high school sweetheart and husband of 47.5 years - Robert “Bobby” Roger, Sr., and the pride of her life: her two great children, Robert “Bobby” Roger, Jr. and Dana Roger (Monty Ortego). She will be greatly missed by her grand dogs, nieces, nephews, family and friends. She was predeceased by her father - Clifton A. Savage, Sr., mother - Shirley Jacob Savage, and sister - Kathleen Caramonta. Debbie was born and raised in New Orleans, a longtime resident of Chalmette, LA, where she and Bob raised their family. After Hurricane Katrina, Deborah became a resident of Picayune, MS until her death. Relatives and friends are attended a visitation and funeral service on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at E. J.
