Kathleen Fabre was called to everlasting peace and joy on May 20, 2018. She was born on August 19, 1956 and a native of Arabi, LA. She later raised her family in Slidell/Lacombe area before relocating to Perkinston, MS, after Hurricane Katrina. Kathleen is survived by her three beloved children, Courtney Held, Patrick Held (Kristy), and Kirby Held Silas (Andrew). She was adored by her grandchildren, Baylie, Macy, Aurora, Andrew, Aden and Ava Grace. Daughter of Geraldine Tucker Fabre and the late Anthony and Jack Fabre, she is also survived by her brothers, Robert, Gerald (Steve), Kevin (Yvonne) and Jack (Michelle) Fabre along with several loving nieces and nephews. Kathleen was a loving, compassionate person and deeply devoted to her family. Her children and grandchildren were the greatest joy of her life. Known for her sharp wit, she used humor to get through tough times and to bring laughter to the lives of others. Kathleen will be deeply missed and never forgotten. Her life was celebrated at a private memorial service on July 25, 2018.
