Vicki Johnson Robbins passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 23, 2018 at the age of 66. Her final days were spent surrounded by family and friends that she had touched in some way throughout her very memorable life. She was the beloved and devoted mother of Ebony Ducote (Bobby Jr.) and Paul Robbins (Stacy). Sister of Dean Johnson (Laura). Proud grandmother of Bobby Ducote III (Erika), Ryan Ducote (Desi) and Kailie Robbins. Great grandmother of Brylie, Bobby IV, Madelyn, Ryan Jr. and Rowen Ducote. She is also survived and fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews, Michelle Stuyvesant, Savannah & Caitlyn, Russell & Michelle Johnson, Connor & Chloe, Amanda, Heaven, Jayson and numerous other cousins, relatives and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her beloved fiancé Kenny Esteve, her brother Carl Johnson and her parents Bernice and Luther Johnson. Vicki was born in Corpus Christi, TX and was a longtime resident of St. Bernard Parish where she enjoyed a long career as a Billing Coordinator for Sullivan Stolier Schulze & Grubb, LLC. She was well loved and affectionately known for her good nature and generous heart. She will be forever remembered as a loving and loyal mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and a friend of many, who cared for others and treasured her family. The family extends a special thanks to Jennifer Regan and Ms. Bertha from Heart of Hospice and special appreciation to Laura Gonzales. Relatives and friends were invited to attend a visitation held at St. Bernard Memorial Funeral Home, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA on Monday, August 27, 2018, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., followed by a celebration of her life at 1 p.m. She was laid to rest in a private ceremony.
