Beverly Ives McDougall passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday, January 22, 2022 at the age of 93. She was the beloved wife of the late Ralph Joseph McDougall. Loving mother of Wayne Joseph McDougall (Elizabeth), Susan McDougall Triche (Glenn) and the late Beverly Mae McDougall. Daughter of the late Frank Harvey Ives Sr. and Madeline Mintz Ives. Sister of the late Frank Harvey Ives Jr. (Edna Mae) and Stanley Paul Ives (Margie). Sister-in-law of Raymond M. McDougall (Beverly). Proud grandmother of Ray E. Lauga Jr. (Arlette), Wendy A. Thibodeaux, Chad M. Lauga, Brad M. Triche, Ashley M. Anderson (Jay), Lauren T. Felger (Gregg), Justin J. Lauga (Lilly), Christopher W. McDougall (Karlie) and Nicholas J. Triche. Greatgrandmother of Brenna, Hailey, Palmer, Ty, Bria, Olivia, Brennan, Amelia, Landon, Nolan, Isabel, Kellan, Lukas, Aubrey, Rhys, Juliette and Jonathan. Beverly was born on September 24, 1928 in New Orleans, LA and has been a resident of St. Bernard Parish since 1949. She enjoyed gardening, staying active with friends and spending time with grandchildren. She will always be remembered for her loyalty & dedication to her family and will be deeply missed by us all. She was a proud member of St. Bernard Volunteers for Family and Community and AARP. Relatives and friends attended a visitation and funeral service held at St. Bernard Memorial Funeral Home, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA on Thursday, January 27, 2022. Interment: St. Bernard Memorial Gardens, Chalmette, LA.
